ServingUnderserved was created to identify health issues and disparities in underserved communities and then implement programs and coordinate collaborations to promote overall health and well-being. Our programs include:

Mobile Asthma Care for Kids

Mobile Asthma Care for Kids Networks is comprised of a voluntary collaborative group of mobile health care providers specializing in asthma care. They collaborate in areas of research and best practices and collectively treat children at over 20,000 visits annually at more than 500 school sites throughout the country.

What We Do - Med-Peds Trax

Med-Ped Trax

Med+Peds Trax is a Clinical Disease Management and Decision Making tool used to record clinical data measures, create clinic visit notes, and track disease outcomes for medical conditions and diagnoses. Clinical data entry is recorded into Med+Peds Trax at the point of care.

What We Do - Community Outreach

Community Outreach

The initial focus of ServingUnderserved in the local Los Angeles community has been screening for common chronic health conditions (such as asthma, depression, high blood pressure, obesity) for high school students, identification of these health conditions, and connecting these adolescents with resources needed.
